Amendments to the Manual for Courts-Martial, United States, 1984

Amends the Manual for Courts-Martial, United States, 1984, which implements the Uniform Code of Military Justice for the armed forces. Prohibiting Certain Transactions With Respect to Iran

Actions Required of all Executive Agencies To Facilitate Payment of Child Support

Within 60 days, agencies must review wage-withholding procedures for compliance with federal law, and within 90 days report to the Office of Management and Budget on compliance actions and any barriers encountered. Agencies must assist with service of legal process for paternity and support cases, cooperate with the Federal Parent Locator Service, conduct annual crossmatches of payroll records against state delinquent-obligor lists, and inform employees of available child support services.
