Amendment to Executive Order 13021, Tribal
Colleges and Universities

By the authority vested in me as President by the
Constitution and the laws of the United States of
America, and in accordance with the provisions of the
Federal Advisory Committee Act, as amended (5 U.S.C.
App.), and in order to provide for the continuation of
the President's Board of Advisors on Tribal Colleges
and Universities, it is hereby ordered that section 7
of Executive Order 13021 is amended to read “The Board
shall terminate on September 30, 1999, unless the Board
is renewed by the President prior to that date.”
