Plain-language summary

Auto-generated summaryWritten by claude-sonnet-5 from the order’s own text · prompt v4 ·

Designates the ITER International Fusion Energy Organization as a public international organization under the International Organizations Immunities Act, making it eligible for certain privileges, exemptions, and immunities granted to such organizations under that law. The designation is based on U.S. participation in ITER authorized by acts of Congress, including provisions of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and Department of Energy appropriations laws. The order clarifies that this designation does not limit or reduce any other privileges, exemptions, or immunities the organization may have already acquired or may acquire under other laws.
