Supersedes sections 1 and 2 of Executive Order 13385 with corresponding sections of this order. Amends Executive Order 12994 to expand and rename the President's Committee for People with Intellectual Disabilities, revising its membership, adding cabinet-level and agency officials plus up to 21 presidentially appointed citizen members, and outlining its advisory functions, reporting duties, and administrative support arrangements through the Department of Health and Human Services. Takes effect September 30, 2007.
