Plain-language summary

Auto-generated summaryWritten by claude-sonnet-5 from the order’s own text · prompt v4 ·

Extends certain privileges and immunities to the International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources under the International Organizations Immunities Act, but specifically excludes immunity from suit and judicial process. It withholds application of provisions that would otherwise give the organization the same immunity from lawsuits as foreign governments, protect its property and archives from search or confiscation, and shield its representatives and staff from legal process for acts performed in their official duties. The order states that this designation does not limit any other privileges, exemptions, or immunities the organization has gained or may gain through international agreements or congressional action.
